ACCESS STATEMENT
Tyddyn Perthi is situated 500 yards down a country lane off the A4244.
There is a guest parking area to the left past the main entrance.
There is a large open porch level off the car park with one step to the front door.
The two ground floor bedrooms have en-suit bathrooms with separate showers and baths.
The lounge and dining room are also on the ground floor.
To the outside there is a level garden and seating area.
